PROJECT CASE STUDIES
BUFFALO MOZZARELLA PLANT
Design, manufacture and installation of a complete buffalo mozzarella production facility in the UK. The project included a new fully automated continuous Pasteuriser, with semi-automatic CIP system, Cheese Vats, Brine System and Tanks, fully installed and commissioned by Alliance Fluid Handling.
NEW ROTARY BUCKET FILLER
Supply of a new rotary bucket filler. Supply of a new fully automated rotary bucket Filler for filling high viscosity Dairy Products, included with Hepa Air Filter and Siemens Controls.
CHEESE BLENDING PLANT
Design, manufacture and installation of a complete liquid cheese blending system. The project is due for completion in March 23 and involves the supply of a complete liquid cheese blending system with new Ribbon Blenders, multiple Valve Matrixes, Pumps, Mixing Tanks and controls.
SKID-MOUNTED PASTEURISER
Design, manufacture and installation of a turnkey pasteurisation system for liquid food in the UK. The project included the supply of a new fully automated continuous Pasteuriser, with new reception vessels, all inter-connecting jacketed pipework and electrical installation.
