ROTARY LOBE PUMPS

As the UK Distributor of OMAC Rotary Lobe/Postive Pumps, we offer a range to suit all applications in the Dairy, Food, Beverage, Chemical and Pharmaceutical process industries. We also offer alternative brands of Rotary Lobe / Positivbe Pumps from other OEM’s such as: SPX/APV, Alfa Laval, Fristam, Johnson, Jabsco and many more.

LIQUID RING PUMPS

Typically used in CIP applications, we offer a range of high quality self-priming pumps for scavenge of CIP solutions. We recommend CSF Inox as the perfect solution due to price and quality. We also offer the SPX Ws+ range which is designed with minimum noise and high efficiency using a unique design of impeller, whereas the Alfa Laval range of MR series Scavenge pumps are a very popular choice for this application. Other lower budget brands are available such as Packo and Inoxpa to suit all customers’ requirements.

PROGRESSIVE CAVITY PUMPS

CSF are a world leading manufacturer of Hygienic and Industrial Progressive Cavity Pumps. CSF manufacture a wide range of Progressive Cavity Pumps with a large suction chamber and manufactured in polished AISI 304 and/or 316 stainless steel for transferring products of low/medium viscosity. Also available are the CSF Industrial series pumps, with a robust construction for arduous operating conditions. Special versions can be manufactured with pre-feed hopper and an auger screw for viscous products which do not flow freely in a pipe.

SINUS SODIAL PUMPS

As the exclusive distributor of SOMA Sinus Sodial Pumps, this unique Pump offers a specialist design for pumping high viscosity products and products containing solids, such as whole strawberries and pie fillings, with minimal shear and damage to the product. SOMA Pumps are manufactured by the original inventors of the MASOSINE® Pump.

TWIN-SCREW PUMPS

As the UK distributor of CSF Twin-screw Pumps, the “TS” double screw volumetric pump represents the perfect union of high performance and stringent requirements thanks to its hygienic design. All parts in contact with the product are made from AISI 316L stainless steel with standard surface finishes of Ra 0.8 micron, in full observance of the stringent EHEDG and 3A standards. One of the main characteristics is that this pump can operate at both low and high speeds and is therefore ideal for CIP washing phases – as a result a secondary CIP pump is no longer required.

AIR DIAPHRAGM PUMPS

We offer a wide range of Hygienic and Non-hygienic air diaphragm pumps to suit almost all liquid applications. Driven by an air supply these pumps are ideal in an Atex environment or where electrical supply is limited. Maintenance of these pumps is extremely simple and we are able to offer a huge range from all the OEM’s including; Flotronic, Depa, Graco and Wilden.

LOWARA & EBARA PUMPS

Alliance Fluid Handling offer new Lowara and Ebara low cost pumps. The Single-impeller centrifugal pumps are available in AISI 304 and AISI 316 stainless steel, with radial impeller and components made by the hydroforming process that provides high resistance to corrosion. The versatility of these electric pumps is due to the different types of mechanical seals that can be applied.

DRUM PUMPS & PISTON PUMPS

We offer CSF drum unloading stations for any production need. Versatile and flexible, this range features piston-type drum unloading machines available in various sizes and with varying equipment, made with top-quality electro-pneumatic components. The whole series is made with a fully AISI 304/EN 1.4301 stainless steel structure. Thanks to the use of pneumatic piston Pumps, CSF drum unloading machines can handle a multitude of products, from low viscosities to values over 100.000 Cp.
