2008 – How We Started

The business began trading from a small office in Nottinghamshire, supplying process Spare Parts and Equipment to liquid process manufacturer’s around the world.

2009 – Launch of the Service division

Due to customer demand, the service division was launched in 2009. The new division allowed us to better serve our customers with after sales support including; on-site preventative maintenance, integrity testing, emergency repairs and equipment refurbishment. 

2017 – Relocation to purpose built premises

In 2017, the company continued to grow and relocated to a purpose-built head office near Doncaster, occupying a 7,000 sq.foot workshop and large stores.

2018 – Acquisition of Record 316 Ltd (Alliance-Group was formed)

In 2018, the Alliance-group was formed following the acquisition of Record 316 Ltd. Established in London over 20 years ago, Record 316 are a leading supplier of new processing Equipment and Components from the very best Italian equipment manufacturers including; Bardiani Valves, FBF Homogenisers, CSF Inox Pumps, OMAC Rotary Lobe Pumps, REDA Separators and MBS Tubular & Scrape-surface Heat Exchangers. www.record316.com

2023 – Acquisition of Process & Packaging Machinery (Growth of the Alliance Group)

In 2023, the Alliance-group continued to grow with the acquisition of Process and Packaging Machinery Services (PPMS) based in Somerset. PPMS occupies a 25,000 sq.foot warehouse supplying high quality used & refurbished processing equipment for the Dairy, Food, Beverage, Chemical and Pharmaceutical industries worldwide. www.ppms.uk.com
