COLLOID MILLS
Colloid mills use an annular gap between the stator and the rotor, which can be adjusted by changing the axial position of the stator, product particles are exposed to pressure, shear forces and friction, acting either individually or in combination.
VIBRO REACTORS
Especially used for high speed production of emulsions and dispersions. For the wetting, comminution, mixing, de-agglomeration and especially homogenising of liquid/solid mixtures.
PERFORATED DISC MILLS
Perforated disc mills are widely used in processing industries for Granulating, Mashing, Pulping, Pre-comminution and Comminution. The principle of the PUC perforated disc is based on a knife bar rotating close to the perforated disc.
