Alliance Fluid Handling are a leading supplier of new batch mixers, commonly used in the Dairy, Food, Beverage, Chemical and Pharmaceutical process industries. The EM vertical mixers provide high shear rates in emulsions and dispersions due to their head and turbine design. With a vertical mixer a completely homogenised product is obtained, without lumps, in medium (5,000 litres) and smaller volume applications. Furthermore, because of the careful treatment they provide, these mixers are very useful for keeping the compounds properties of already homogenised products.
